NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

Eggerts Crossing Village Apartments,
175 Johnson Avenue, Lawrence Township



From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2005, Lawrence Township held its annual National Night Out anti-crime festival on the grounds of the Eggerts Crossing Village apartment complex at 175 Johnson Avenue.

A crew of Lawrence Road Fire Co. members attended the event and displayed Telesquirt 22 and its equipment to the hundreds of township residents who turned out for the event.

Other attractions included a giant moon bouncer and dunk tank for the children, booths at which crime prevention and anti-drug literature was distributed, displays of equipment from the police department and National Guard, music and lots of food (hot dogs, hamburgers and corn).

Lawrence Road volunteers taking part in the event included Deputy Chief John Fleming, Capt. Shaun Dlabik, Capt. Michael Byrd, Ff. Steve Hodgdon, and Ff. Brain Laue.
